Going forward, I will be sharing counterparty code on trade done. If you buy and fund sell to you, there is a chance for the day the share price may come down further as some funds are offloading. Vice versa if you are selling and fund buy from you, funds are buying while you are selling. So if you have any trade done you can share too so it can complement other users on their analysis be it technical or fundamental. There is no such thing as if fund sell mean it will be 100% down just that knowing what the big boys are doing may give you an edge. Do note some funds buy while some fund sell so the price still remain stable.
I attach a list of the counterparty for reference. Thanks. I think it will be a good initiative and I hope to start it to help others. Is useful to me as this morning I avoid GLP.

As on 23/2/2017, I will explain the use of this counterparty thread. If our trade is bought or sold by funds, there is a high chance that it will move against our original trade. Indeed I think Keppel Corp is great or Best World is high but when funds buy our business, it signal it may request higher. That is when earlier trades were done for the Best world we sold below $2, and lots of funds buy, the price now is $2.08. Same for Keppel Corp we sold at $6.87, now is $6.96. For people who do not understand why we were posting this and the usefulness of it. Same as last time when we sold Best World at $1.3x and load for funds buy, it force us to rethink and buy back at $1.4x.
How accurate is it? Fairly accurate especially good for the day. Why am I spending the effort to share, because it is useful? Sometimes we are blinded by our judgement. For instance, when I think Best World and Keppel Corp is high, but the funds buy into it, and it goes higher. Similarly, this year when banks start to move, and I thought the bank was high, funds kept buying our sell trade that I have to analyse again is my analysis wrong. There are cases where funds buy today and sell tomorrow but usually, funds movement ride on a wave.
Vice versa, if you are looking to short or exit your long, when we buy different blue chips and all sell by funds, then we have to be cautious. Hope I explain it clearly once and for all. Sometimes is good to sell a bit test who is buying to decide on next course of action.
